We are pleased to advise that our New Mighty Max Unit has been delivered.

The specification for the unit was drawn up by our company in conjunction with the German engineers and was based on the individual requirements of our most valued customers.  We are reliably informed that there is no unit with this specification operating in Ireland.  Whilst the specification extended to over 14 pages, the following contains the main details and performance of the unit.

The tanker fully tips to an angle of 45 degrees to facilitate complete discharge of contents.  A calibrated pointer indicator shows the exact contents of the load compartment.  The unit has an inbuilt Canon BUS Computer System which controls all the functions of the tanker and equipment.  This means that pressing just a single button activates a number of functions.  All functions are also controlled remotely via a handheld unit thereby increasing operator efficiencies and safety. 

The Tanker is also certified for use to load and transport hazardous goods and waste for ADR Classes 3, 6.1, 6.2, 8 and 9.  These classes include Flammables (Oils etc), Toxic, Corrosive (Acids etc) and Environmentally Hazardous.

 

Suction Capabilities:-

Deep lifting – 50m plus, 10 metre suction boom enabling remote access of tanks etc, certified to lift fully loaded up to 30 metres.  Also secondary suction hose reel enabling rapid mechanical deployment and recoil of suction hose thereby reducing manual handling for our operators.

Jetting Capabilities:-

Dual Jetting Pumps providing for the efficient cleaning of pipelines and sewers with diameters ranging from 100mm to Large Culverts.  The Jetting Reels are mounted on self-aligning hose reels.

Both hose reels are hydraulically operated and are mounted on self aligning hose reels.  Again all functions are fully remote controlled thereby increasing operator safety.

The tanker has an internal tank wash system within the waste compartment to facilitate change of waste types.  It also has a manlid for top filling and inspection.
