How It Works

The mobile treatment plant provides full on-site processing:

  • Suction of waste streams into reaction tanks

  • pH adjustment to suit treatment process requirements

  • Addition of flocculants and polymers for separation

  • Patented bubble aeration system for phase separation and chemical dispersion

  • Optional activated carbon filtration for final polishing

  • Full computer control with online testing and integrated reporting printer

Proven Performance

On one project, the unit processed 35,000 kg of interceptor waste on-site. Traditionally, this would require two articulated tankers for removal. Using our mobile plant, only 2.42 tonnes required off-site disposal – a major cost and environmental saving.
